Our Story

About Us

A marine supply operation built on inventory systems, diagnostic data, and repeatable service processes.

How We Got Here

GrowthAutomations Marine Supply started when Dock Stern realized that most marine service shops ran on tribal knowledge and handwritten work orders. He spent a year building an inventory tracking system, a diagnostic intake workflow, and a vendor management pipeline — then opened the doors on Harbor Boulevard.

Today we stock over 12,000 SKUs, service vessels from 16-foot skiffs to 60-foot sportfishers, and maintain a parts fulfillment rate that would make a SaaS company jealous. Every job gets a digital work order, a photo-documented inspection, and a post-completion follow-up.

Our Mission

To apply process engineering and inventory science to marine service, so boat owners spend more time on the water and less time waiting on parts.

Our Approach

Diagnose with data. Stock with precision. Service with documentation. Every boat that leaves our yard has a complete digital record of what was done and why.

Our Standards

We use manufacturer-specified torque values, OEM-equivalent parts, and post-service verification scans. No shortcuts, no improvisation.

What Captains Say

Feedback from fleet managers and weekend boaters alike

★★★★★

We run six center consoles out of Jacksonville and every one gets serviced here. Their diagnostic reports are more detailed than what the dealer gives us, and turnaround is consistently under 48 hours.

Capt. Ray Luff Fleet Manager , St. Johns Charter Fleet
★★★★★

Brought my 23-foot bay boat in for a bottom job and electronics upgrade. They installed the chartplotter, wired the transducer, and had the hull painted in three days. Everything was documented and priced exactly as quoted.
